The site itself already had a story to tell — gentle slopes, lush greenery, and that signature Bantul calm that makes you want to take a deep breath and slow down. From the start, we knew we wanted the design to work with the landscape, not against it.
The project is divided into two main clusters: a mixed-use building cluster and a housing cluster. Think of it like a small neighborhood that balances everyday living with light commercial or creative activity.
